I went to see Dr. Smith last summer when I was diagnosed with an abscess, which required a root canal. I was afraid and felt it was going to be very painful. I arrived at his office: I was greeted with a helpful receptionist and was called in almost immediately. I was impressed with the cleanliness of his office as I was taken back to the room for treatment. Once seated, I was reassured by a caring dental assistant there would be no pain involved with this procedure. I found Dr. Smith to be gentle and thorough. To my surprise the fees were very reasonable. My overall experience was so positive it lead me to send this letter that I hope you will share with other apprehensive patients for reassurance.
